Esta receta se prepara hasta hoy en la regi\u00f3n de Verona y su nombre original era pastissada o Pastiss\u00e1da de cav\u00e1l, porque se hacia con carne de caballo. Cada ama de casa en Corf\u00fa tiene su propia manera de preparar esta comida pero yo voy a ofrecerle la receta original de la pastitsada corfiota, que me dio una ama de casa bien tradicional y vieja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">El salsa de tomate es arom\u00e1tica, con ajo, una variedad de pimientas y canela que hacen que el plato parezca muy prominente. En Corf\u00fa,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>puede comprar una mezcla casera de especias llamada Spetseriko y originalmente fue vendido en las farmacias para usos medicinales.
