Por lo tanto, la influencia de los conquistadores venecianos fue muy importante para la gastronom\u00eda corfiota como introdujo muchos productos desconocidos para la poblaci\u00f3n local, como el ma\u00edz, las patatas, los tomates, las jud\u00edas, los pimientos, el caf\u00e9 y el chocolate. M\u00e1s tarde, los conquistadores trajeron los tesoros gastron\u00f3micos de Europa, despu\u00e9s del descubrimiento de Am\u00e9rica, como especias y el az\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">La gastronom\u00eda corfiota absorbi\u00f3 todas las influencias extranjeras, manteniendo siempre el car\u00e1cter mediterr\u00e1neo en sus platos y creando nuevos con ingredientes locales, como el aceite, legumbres, verduras, pasta y pescado. Adem\u00e1s, hab\u00edan menores influencias que contribuyeron a la creaci\u00f3n de una de las cocinas mas deliciosas de toda Grecia. Brevemente podemos mencionar la influencia inglesa que introdujo la cerveza con jengibre, el coum couat y las patatas dulces y la influencia rusa que familiariz\u00f3 a los habitantes con la mantequilla o grasa de cocina, ya que los r no pod\u00edan acostumbrarse al aceite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Gastronom\u00eda corfiota<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Un tipo de cocinar y conservar la comida, ampliamente utilizado, es la cazuela y el \u201csavouro\u201d. Fue la forma principal de nutrici\u00f3n de los marineros porque los alimentos fueron conservados por mucho tiempo y su consumo podr\u00eda proteger a lo marineros del escorbuto. Hay much\u00edsimas recetas corfiotas de pescados y mariscos que puede probar en todos los restaurantes tradicionales de la isla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Un ejemplo de una receta muy original es el \u00abSpetsieriko\u00bb una mezcla de especias y hierbas arom\u00e1ticas muy popular y ampliamente utilizadas en muchos platos. Tradicionalmente, los farmac\u00e9uticos sol\u00edan hacer la mezcla, pero cada ama de casa y cada cocinero tenia su propia, usando ingredientes secretos que hac\u00edan que sus platos fueran \u00fanicos.
