Se hace con diferentes tipos de pescado (el pescado escorpi\u00f3n se dice que es el mejor) cocinado en una salsa de tomate picante, con o sin patatas.<\/span><\/p>\n<pre class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" lang=\"es\"><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container tw-nfl\">\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u039c\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03c6\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03b7\"><span lang=\"es\">La palabra deriva, por supuesto, del \u00abbrodetto\u00bb veneciano que es, sin embargo, una sopa de pescado. Si queremos el color rojo brillante y una salsa gruesa es mejor usar pasta de tomate, si no hay que usar zumo de tomate.
